Cancellation Policy


Clients may reschedule an appointment without incurring any cancellation fees. 

A client may cancel an appointment and receive a full refund so long as 24 hours or more notice is given prior to their scheduled appointment. Please allow two weeks for refund to be issued. No refund is applicable for cancellations without at least 24 hours notice. A full or partial credit may be given at the sole discretion of the practitioner/service provider for cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment. 

A client is responsible for the full payment, even if they arrive late to their appointment and as a result are not entitled to the full appointment time.
